The XNTEL UCM100-100U is an IP PBX device that offers enterprise-level unified communications and security protection to all corporate levels at a previously unheard-of cost without any recurring fees, licensing expenses, or costs-per-feature. The UCM100- 100U allows businesses to integrate a variety of communication technologies into a single network that is commonly managed or accessible. These technologies include comprehensive fax, voice, calling, video/audio surveillance, conferencing, data tools, security surveillance, mobility, and facility access management.
The UCM100-100U has a state-of-the-art technology hardware platform and software features that allow it to support up to 500 registered users. Its web-browser user interface makes setup and deployment simple. In addition to auto-provisioning and auto-discovery of various endpoints, the UCM100-100U series provides a wide range of capabilities, such as customized call routing, multi-level IVRs, call queues, auto-attendant, call detail records (CDR), multi-site peering, voicemail/fax forwarding to email, and extra.
